Welcome to the City of Grand Forks, North Dakota online permit portal!

This portal is designed to allow contractors to search/review and pay for permits, and the public to search for permits in the City of Grand Forks. If you need any assistance, please contact the City of Grand Forks Department of Building Safety at 701-746-2631 or inspections@city.grandforksgov.com.

CONTRACTORS: You must have a current state contractors license on file with the City of Grand Forks before you can use the online permit portal. Click Here to send your license to the City via email. You will receive an email within one business day confirming that the license is on file and you can now activate your account.
